NEW RELEASE: 2026 Cinsault

This light, juicy, and lifted Cinsault comes from Block 1 of Orbis’s vineyard in the heart of McLaren Vale and is grown on ancient Christies Beach formation soil.

Bright and vibrant, our Cinsault exudes youthfulness and summer garden charm. Crunchy strawberries, bursts of red currants and violets. A balanced light red, grown on our soils, rich in alluvial clay.

The fruit was handpicked in the middle of March and fermented over two weeks with gentle daily pumpovers. It remained on skins under C02 cover for a further four weeks, before being pressed and matured in old French oak puncheons for 6 months. Bottled in August.

Single Vineyard. Estate Grown. Minimal intervention. Low sulphur.
