2026 Fiano

Our 2026 Fiano is estate-grown on an ancient fault line, rooted in free-draining Christies Beach Formation soils that lend mineral tension and savoury nuance. Handpicked and pressed straight off skins. The juice is fermented in stainless steel with full malolactic, then split between tank (lees stirred) and seasoned French oak barriques (weekly bâtonnage) to build subtle mid-palate weight without overt oak.

The wine bursts with Granny Smith apple and nuances of pear, lemon, and flint, finishing saline and fresh with a clean mineral line. Drink now or cellar 5–7 years.
